In mid-August, Greg Wiley, Esq. presented on credibility issues with law enforcement officers, and how labor professionals can tackle situations where “Cops Can’t Do The Job,” anymore. This area is a fascinating intersection of labor and employment law, constitutional law, and law enforcement. After analyzing the development of case law and arbitration awards in this area, Wiley provided general recommendations concerning training, policy, and, of course discipline. The presentation was enjoyed by a large group of Minnesota-based labor and employment professionals and lawyers.
Wiley enjoys presenting on a wide-variety of subjects and is available for training for political subdivisions and corporations.
