Wiley wins statewide Author’s Award

On December 14, 2012, Attorney Wiley won the Elmer H. Wiblishauser Author’s Award, presented annually by the MSBA Publications Committee to the individual member judged to have contributed the best article to Bench & Bar in the preceding fiscal year.

Among the criteria used in judging articles for the award are: quality of writing, timeliness of subject matter, breadth of interest to lawyers across the profession, and success engaging readers’ interest.

Wiley’s article, “Excessive Force: Disentangling Constitutional Standards,” was the read article in Bench & Bar for the year by a large margin.  Check it out at:
