Here at the Wiley Law Office, we spend lots of time talking about misbehaving employees, investigations and negotiations, but there’s one thing that frequently gets left out of our blogs – bosses! We’d like to take a moment to share our appreciation for those folks who throw on their supervisor’s outfits, grab their policy books, and make the extra effort to complete their employees’ performance evaluations on time. Without our bosses, we wouldn’t have anyone to guide us, correct us or encourage us in the workplace. So, if you have a boss who has helped you in any way in your professional growth, make sure you throw some appreciation their way today.
